We call for Criminal Justice Reform

and the End of Mass Incarceration

We support the Innocence Project and efforts to pay compensation to those wrongfully incarcerated.

We have a continuing relationship with Maurice Caldwell an exonerated former prisoner who is fighting the state of California for his rights.  See LA Times article by clicking here

We support the work of our former Mill Valley mayor, Jessica Jackson Sloan and Van Jones in #cut50 aimed at reducing America's incarceration rate by 50% and respecting the dignity of women prisoners.

We support the work of Zoe Mulvaney and Watani Stiner in bringing creative writing classes to San Quentin Prison.
